What if there was a Communist Revolution world-wide and nobody noticed?
What if there was a Communist Revolution world-wide and nobody noticed?
What if the people of the world rose up spontaneously and re-occupied the commons?
What if people in more than a thousand cities and towns around the world held protests and occupied town squares to protest against capitalism?
What if they organized themselves in non-hierarchical, leaderless collectives?
What if they held daily assemblies to make decisions collectively?
What if they ate and slept together and shared pretty much everything in common?
What if they engaged in widespread acts of civil disobedience, resulting in thousands of arrests, beatings, teargassings, and detentions?
What if they called upon workers to join a general strike?
What if?
The conservatives would refuse to acknowledge what is plainly obvious for fear that people would see something good about anarchist communism or syndicalism or situationism.
The liberals would cowardly refuse to acknowledge what is happening for fear of being labelled Red themselves.
Conservatives and liberals are irrelevant. They are revenants of 19th century industrial materialism.
The people of the world have started to awaken, and find that they are strong.
What happens next?
All power to the imagination!
